The Role
Were looking for a Client Success & Delivery Lead to take ownership of how projects move from yes to final delivery, ensuring every client experience feels clear, calm, and well managed.
This role sits at the centre of the business. Youll be responsible for keeping projects on track, clients informed, and the team aligned.
What you would be responsible for
Youll lead the day-to-day delivery of all client projects, including:
- Owning projects from handover through to final delivery
- Managing timelines, job cards, approvals, and milestones
- Being the primary point of contact for clients during delivery
- Coordinating between design, production, suppliers, and logistics
- Anticipating issues and resolving them calmly and proactively
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to spec, and to standard
- Maintaining clear communication and documentation throughout
