What Youll Be Responsible For:
As a Client Success Manager, youll take full ownership of operational service delivery, ensuring profitability, compliance, and performance all while exceeding client expectations.
Your key areas of focus will include:
Operations & Service Delivery
- Drive the full employee lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding and payroll.
- Ensure sites are fully staffed and shifts are efficiently planned.
- Maintain high standards of compliance with SOPs and labour legislation.
- Be the primary contact for your clients conduct regular visits, anticipate business needs, and craft tailored solutions that deliver real value.
- Oversee SLA implementation, ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and coach assignees while fostering a high-performing, engaged, and motivated operations team.
- Oversee labour relations, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timeous invoicing.
- Collaborate with credit control and client teams to resolve any queries and maintain a healthy cash flow.
Up to 2 years of experience in a supervisory, HR generalist, or TES environment (White collar)
Grade 12 & NQF Level 5 qualification (HR/Business degree is advantageous)
Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Strong working knowledge of labour legislation and compliance frameworks
A hands-on, can-do attitude with a focus on client success and operational excellence
Needed to have managed contractors and grow headcount organically
