We are looking for a Clinical Facilitator to join our team.
- Include staff in hospital orientation and induction
- Introduce staff to hospital mentors
- Ensure staff are properly attired
- Check SANC receipts of staff
- Check criminal records
- Explain hours of duty
GENERAL
- Commute to various health facilities
- Investigate staff complaints
- Assist with disciplinary issues prn
- Check on staff progress
- Interact with Heads of Nursing, CEO's, mentors, and other staff at the health facilities
- Play supportive role to staff
- Interact with HEI's (Universities / Nursing Colleges)
- Attend various nursing programs e.g., IND, Madiba Day
- Continuous feedback to employer and hospital staff
