- Matric/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
- Own transport with a valid code 8 manual drivers license with a willingness to travel extensively.
- At least 2-5 years experience in a Retail Management environment with a proven track record.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and staff coaching abilities.
- In depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- A proactive and adaptable team player with a "can-do" attitude.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple deadlines.
- Be able to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work Retail hours (weekends and public holidays).
