Cold test Engineer & Safety Coordinator (PA 1208)

Taking responsibility of testing facilities by organising and controlling maintenance and TPM to ensure facilities are available for production at aft times
Controlling data and communicating daily and shift results for the effective release of engines to customer
Compiling data for statistical analysis of results and implement process improvements based on data
Developing a failure catalogue by trial and error detailing all possible failures
Analysing Hot Test and Audit data and warranty failures and develop failure catalogues based on results
Establishing and maintaining contact with sister companies building EA111 product for the purpose of sharing information and benchmarking
Responsible as the safety co-ordinator, setting up and chairing safety meetings including incident reports and management reviews.
Calibration of all bolting equipment.
