We are looking for a suitable candidate to take over and head up our commercial sales and letting division.
This opportunity will require the successful candidate to expand this division, to include the hiring, management and overseeing of a full commercial team, over time.
The candidate would need to be an energetic, driven and committed individual, who can work under guidance but independently and without supervision. Team management skills would be an advantage.
We currently have sales and rental stock listed and available for the chosen candidates to access immediately, as well as numerous new opportunities also available to rapidly expand this division.
Job Description:
Leasing and selling of commercial and industrial property
Canvassing for new tenants / buyers / sellers / vacant properties
Meeting with potential tenants / buyers and taking them to view suitable properties
Forming long term business relationships with landlords, owners and tenants
To expand the commercial division and build up and manage an active team of commercial brokers over time
Key requirements:
Matric, NQ4 Qualification and previous commercial property broking experience - with references
Suitably located to cover greater Durban and surrounding outer areas
Ability to network, negotiate and close deals
Independent and self motivated
Goal orientated with a positive outlook
Excellent English ability - spoken & written
Driver’s license and own presentable car
Computer literate
