Role purpose:
To ensure relevant and appropriate Unified Communication services are provided to the organization to meet business current and future requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
To manage a technical team including suppliers to deliver services according to agreed service levels.
Ensure that Strategic development; planning, testing, implementation and support of enterprise IT technologies and solutions are in delivered according to agreed timelines.
To compile a departmental budget and maintain control of the approved budget.
To ensure that effective contracts are put in place and managed with regard to external suppliers that provide support services or solutions.
To ensure departmental compliance with internal and external policies, including corporate governance.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Relevant diploma/degree in Information Systems, or related field
A total of at least five to eight years of relevant experience
Preferred O365 Including MS Teams And Video Conferencing Experience
