We are looking for a community project manager at our Project office in Sabi Sand Game Reserve to manage community-led development projects and international fundraising initiatives.
Job requirements:
- Educated to tertiary level degree in a discipline related to international or community development.
- A minimum of four years experience working on international or community development projects.
- A minimum of four years experience in fundraising and/or liaising with various foundations and funds worldwide.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated previous experience in project/program development.
- Ability to write and speak fluent English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills used in international settings.
- Experience of preparing compelling, high quality documentation (presentations, proposals, newsletters, budgets, reports, etc.) for different audiences.
- Computer literacy skills, including fluency in Microsoft Office suite and database usage.
- A valid Code EB driving license.
- Ability to be self-directed and take initiative within company mandates - sound judgement and strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience with events management.
