What Youll Do
- Oversee daily office administration and invoice systems
- Manage tenders, quotes, and contracting processes
- Handle invoices (clients & vendors) and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate site meetings, minutes, and compliance documents
- Support project handovers and snag list management
- Keep information organized and communication flowing smoothly
- Previous administration/bookkeeping/accounting experience (construction industry advantageous)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
- Solid MS Office, Google Sheets, and online drive skills
- Qualification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Administration or Quantity Surveying is a plus
