Legal, Compliance & Governance Executive

Our client in the Healthcare support industry is looking for a Legal, Compliance & Governance Executive. As a Legal, Compliance & Governance Executive you will deal with legal tasks, litigation, and legal disputes between the client and third parties, and advise on appropriate action. You will generate reports for the Board and its committees Compliance Management. You will be responsible for identifying risks associated with compliance with laws and regulations and developing mitigation strategies. You will act as a liaison between the Board and external stakeholders of the company on compliance matters.

This role will allow you as a Legal, Compliance & Governance Executive to constantly evolve with new laws, regulations, and industry best practices. This provides opportunities for continuous professional development and learning.

Requirements

LLB/BA Law PLUS Admission as an Attorney/practising Advocate.

Postgraduate qualification in governance.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Legal and Compliance Executive roles.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Medical Aid industry.

Knowledge of Legal advisory services.

Knowledge of Governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
