A leading funeral provider in Houghton, Gauteng, requires a compliance intern to join their team starting immediately! The role is for 1 year, with the possibility of being made permanent after the year.
Job requirements:
- SA citizen
- Have a Law Degree
- Between the ages of 20 and 35
- Must reside in the surrounding areas
Job responsibilities:
- Assist with drafting of Intermediary and master agreements
- Assist with drafting of Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Assist with Compliance monitoring of Juristic Representative
- Assist with updating of Representative Registers
- Perform administrative support when required
- Assist with researching on regulatory and legislative developments
- Follow-up on e-mail and telephonic queries and complaints
- Attend meetings and provide feedback when required
