iStudent Academy is a private institution, looking for a computer aided draughtsman lecturer to lecture from Durban Campus predominantly.
Job responsibilities:
- Design lesson plans according to the given subject matter materials and time constraints
- Design formative and summative assessments according to the outcomes of the modules and course
- Assess and mark students portfolio work and assessments
- Provide learners with constructive and detailed assessment feedback
- Understand and obey company policies and procedures regarding the assessment process
- Promote an environment for learning and a positive campus atmosphere
Job requirements:
- Driver's license
- Qualification: in Draughting / Multi Disciplinary Draughting at N4 / N5 / Diploma Level or equivalent
- Experience in Draughting programmes, with emphasis on AutoDesk Programmes
- A portfolio of work that can be presented to us (digital or physical - preferably both)
- Teaching / tutoring / mentoring experience at tertiary level advantageous
- Qualified Assessor
- Conduct Assessment SAQA US 115753 is advantageous
- Qualified Moderator
- Conduct Moderation SAQA US 115759 is advantageous
- Able to lecture or learn to lecture on basic End User computing advantageous
