Transport coordinator
Job Description
The Sr. Representative, Transport will be responsible for timely arrangement of requirements necessary for transportation of employees. He/she/they will be managing, scheduling of trips for employees, and also ensuring the vehicle meet their compliance parameter. They will maintain tracker of daily work and publish the reports as per the process guidelines. They will also engage with supplier staff to ensure zero disruptions of transport operations.
- Attention to details and ability to develop relationships while resolving employees concern/issues
- Manage employee escalations and complaints
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines
- Meeting quality Parameters and Targets defined for the process
- Meet all agreed SLA's and performance parameters
- Perform the checks as per the approved metrices
