Construction Manager

PURPOSE
To coordinate with Project Manager, studying specifications and construction procedures and exercises functional authority for all scope of works and related construction activities

Experience required
Must have at least 5 years experience post qualifying. With at least 2 years experience in managing heavy concrete projects
Qualifications Required
Minimum, a National Diploma: Civil Engineering (NQF Level 5) or an equivalent qualification.

Competencies required
Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge on heavy concrete projects , leadership skills, and project management abilities. Must also be able to work collaboratively with subcontractors.
