- Qualification required: Degree (or B-Tech qualification) in the Built Environment field.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant post-graduate/post-qualification practical experience.
- Experience in a multi-disciplinary environment will be beneficial, preference will be given to candidates with civil engineering/construction background.
- Understand the interconnections between the applicable various fields of engineering and disciplines.
- Be adaptive to a very dynamic, fast paced environment and have perseverance.
- Strong in communication and high level of attention to detail.
- Must take ownership of and drive the process.
- Understand project planning and the interconnectivity between the activities from concept design up to construction and close-out
- Manage the technical team of consultants responsible for designs of car charging sites.
- Drive the planning for all activities related to car-sites.
- Develop and improve scope of works.
- Develop and improve various technical specifications
- Do typical project setup and establish unique process flow systems
- Establish workflow processes to effectively deliver the desired deliverables.
- Produce technical specifications, design criteria and reviewing BOQs
- Be responsible for reviewing the technical input to the car site developments
- Be responsible for technical assistance during the execution and construction phases.
- Establish and drive the flow of information during construction.
- Be responsible for all the technical input to the car charging site layouts.
