We are urgently looking for a construction site foreman /site manager to start work immediately at an opening site based in Johannesburg
Requirements:
Drivers license min code 8
Knowledgeable in the construction / building field with min 3 years on site Experience
The ability to understand drawings and other contract documents.
A good understanding of safety procedures.
First aid training
Organisational skills.
Able to manage a team and multiple sites
Supervising workers and work activities
Able to read a scope of work and construction drawings
Order materials according to scope of work
English speaking/reading/writing
Computer literate
Sober habits advantageous
