Key Responsibilities
- Providing the best financial position for our clients by:
- Successfully negotiating with credit providers on all Debt Counselling eligible accounts.
- Providing solutions and advice to clients financial problems, specifically with regards to assets and accounts not eligible for Debt Counselling.
- Efficiently managing the life cycle of the client from when you accept the client in your pipeline through to assigning the client to legal.
- Providing the client with financial protection on their debt with the help of Credit Insurance.
- Providing the client with financial security on their income and household expenses with the help of Life Cover Insurance.
Act as intermediary between credit providers and clients
- Delivering high client satisfaction to all stakeholders by:
- Ensuring the client experience is of highest quality whilst the client is with you.
- Supporting both client and credit provider throughout the negotiations process.
- Establishing, building and maintaining effective relationships with credit providers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring work done is done with precision and high quality.
- Effectively manage workload.
- High levels of service excellence, accountability and integrity
- Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written)

- Must have completed a Degree/National diploma in either Finance / BAdmin / Science / Law
