Consumer service debt collection specialist wanted for major Johannesburg banks, retail stores and insurance companies chasing outstanding customer accounts via telephone inbound and outbound calls.
A well known Johannesburg bank, retailer insurance companies over 40 stores requires an experienced and inexperience collections expert, specializing in consumer based credit control. Based in Johannesburg, the role involves calling and following up private individuals with outstanding payments on loan agreements for household and entertainment items. Previous experience of chasing consumer debt, including skip tracing and working with mercantile agencies would be highly advantageous.
