Contact Centre Agent

BioFITT Wellness, a leading preventative health company based in Tygervalley, seeks a customer-focused Contact Centre Agent. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, emails and WhatsApp, schedule wellness services, update CRM records accurately, and deliver exceptional client service. Requirements: Matric, 1–2 years contact centre experience, strong communication skills, bilingual English/Afrikaans (additional SA language an advantage), and strong computer literacy.
