Content Creator & Inbound Sales Specialist

About Our Client

This is a new SaaS platform designed to simplify employee onboarding and training for non-technical business owners. We help companies streamline processes, increase employee retention, and elevate team culture with an easy-to-use, automated platform. We are seeking a creative, driven, and sales-minded professional to lead our inbound marketing and content efforts, while also managing qualified leads through the sales funnel.

Role Overview

The Content Creator & Inbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing content that attracts, educates, and converts prospects into customers. This person must be equally comfortable creating compelling digital content as they are nurturing leads through strategic inbound sales processes. Working closely with our digital ads specialist (Google and Meta), this role will be the engine that powers the companys customer acquisition strategy.
This role requires someone who is highly self-driven, resourceful, and proactive. Because this is an early-stage startup, there will not always be step-by-step direction. The right candidate must thrive in situations where they can take initiative, learn quickly, and independently execute projects from idea to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Lead Magnets
Create high-quality digital content across formats: articles, guides, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, and downloadable resources.
Develop lead magnets, including eBooks, templates, and playbooks that align to customer pain points. Manage and maintain content calendars and campaign timelines.

Marketing Automation & HubSpot Management

Build, refine, and optimize automations and customer journeys within HubSpot.
Create and manage drip campaigns, lead nurturing funnels, and workflows to guide prospects from awareness to conversion.
Track and report on lead generation performance using HubSpot analytics.

Inbound Sales & Funnel Management

Respond promptly to inbound leads to understand needs, demo the platform, and position solutions.
Use inbound sales strategies to move qualified opportunities through the funnel.
Partner with leadership to refine sales scripts and customer messaging.

Collaboration with Paid Ads Specialist

Work hand-in-hand with Google and Meta ads partners to ensure content assets support ad campaigns.
Provide creative guidance and messaging for ads to align with funnels and lead magnets.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend content optimizations to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications
Proficient in YouTube, LinkedIn, SEO, Meta Ads, Canva and HubSpot(Mandatory)
35 years of experience in inbound marketing, content creation, and/or SaaS sales.
Proficiency with HubSpot (automation, workflows, lead management, reporting).
Strong writing and storytelling skills with proven content creation across digital channels.
Comfortable on sales calls and demos with small business owners and decision-makers.
Knowledge of inbound marketing funnels and demand generation strategies.
Ability to thrive in a startup environmentself-starter, proactive, and adaptable
