Our client is an early-stage SaaS platform designed to simplify employee onboarding and training for non-technical business owners. The platform helps companies streamline processes, increase employee retention, and elevate team culture through an easy-to-use, automated solution.
They are seeking a creative, driven, and sales-minded professional to lead inbound marketing and content efforts, while also managing qualified leads through the sales funnel.

Role Overview

The Content Creator & Inbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing content that attracts, educates, and converts prospects into customers. This role requires equal comfort in creating compelling digital content and nurturing leads through strategic inbound sales processes. Working closely with a digital ads specialist (Google and Meta), this position will serve as a core driver of the companys customer acquisition strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly self-driven, resourceful, and proactive. As an early-stage startup, there will not always be step-by-step direction. The successful candidate must be comfortable taking initiative, learning quickly, and independently executing projects from idea to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Lead Magnets
  • Create high-quality digital content across multiple formats, including articles, guides, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, and downloadable resources
  • Develop lead magnets such as eBooks, templates, and playbooks aligned with customer pain points
  • Manage and maintain content calendars and campaign timelines
Marketing Automation & HubSpot Management
  • Build, refine, and optimize automations and customer journeys within HubSpot
  • Create and manage drip campaigns, lead-nurturing funnels, and workflows from awareness to conversion
  • Track and report on lead generation performance using HubSpot analytics
Inbound Sales & Funnel Management
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads to assess needs, conduct demos, and position solutions
  • Apply inbound sales strategies to move qualified opportunities through the funnel
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales scripts and customer messaging
Collaboration with Paid Ads Specialist
  • Partner closely with Google and Meta ads specialists to ensure content assets support paid campaigns
  • Provide creative guidance and messaging aligned with funnels and lead magnets
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend content optimizations to improve conversion rates
Qualifications
  • 35 years of experience in inbound marketing, content creation, and/or SaaS sales
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot, including automation, workflows, lead management, and reporting
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with proven experience across digital channels
  • Comfortable conducting sales calls and product demos with small business owners and decision-makers
  • Solid understanding of inbound marketing funnels and demand generation strategies
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment; self-starter, proactive, and adaptable
