Contract Assistant Manager

Four star six-suite guest house and self-catering cottage business in need of a hands-on person to help out through the December/January/February busy season. Training to start November 1st. Duties include but are not limited to welcoming and checking guests in and out, managing the kitchen, lodge and cleaning staff, supervising and quality controlling rooms appointment and cleaning, supervising cottage cleaning, cooking and supervising food preparation and service. Successful applicant must hard-working, flexible, adaptable, be fluent in English, attractive and personable. Accommodation on the estate will be provided.
