Contract Management Specialist

A well-established public entity is seeking to appoint an Contract Management Specialist. Qualifications and Experience:

• A recognized Project Management/ Contract Management qualification.
• At least 5 years experience in international contracting, joint venture formation, strategic planning, or other highly complex contractual arrangements is required.
• At least 5 years experience in a Technical Contract Management role.
• Proficient in the use of Project Management Tools and Systems.

Key performance areas will include, but are not limited to:

• Contracts (various: including formal, short form, and annual contracts) Drafting,
• Evaluation, Negotiation, and Execution.
• Contracting Maintenance.
• Developing contract practices and procedures.
• Maintain control over Contract finances and insurance.
• Liaises with: DSI, Main Contractors; Subcontractors; Designers, Users; Quality personnel; and Systems Engineering personnel.
