Contract Grower Manager - Festive

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:
Coordinate between the Contract Growers in our Festive Olifantsfontein Operations including our own Broiler Farms.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
NDip. Animal Production or B. Agri / Bsc Agric or other relevant tertiary qualification.
Strong administrative skills are reliant upon accurate record-keeping.
Management to achieve targets and objectives within a highly pressurized environment.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word) and proficiency in both English and an additional official language are essential to this position.
Be in possession of a valid drivers license.
Exceptional managerial competencies and excellent people skills.
Selfmotivated and energetic with at least 5 years of experience in Broiler Production.
Must be figure orientated.
It is essential that the candidate have a passion for implementing the 20 keys.
