Lexdan Select is assisting an international energy business with their search for a Contracts Manager, based in Cape Town. The Contracts Manager role requires:
- a minimum of 10 years experience
- 4 years in a contract management role
- prior experience in energy/ renewable advantageous
- construction experience
- in depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts
- experience dealing with consultants & contractors
- manage the portfolio of construction, supply, and installation contracts
- Power Purchase Agreements, EPC Contract, O&M Agreement and various Project Agreements
- Contract analysis
