We currently have an opening for a control room operator at Southern Cross Security Services (PTY Ltd) based in Techno Park, Stellenbosch.
Job requirements:
- The position will be available immediately if both your application and interview are a success.
- +1 years of experience in a Control Room environment.
- PSIRA Registered at least Grade C.
- Bilingual in both Afrikaans and English.
- Computer Literate.
- You have to be willing and able to work shifts consisting of 12 hours each.
- Own reliable transport.
- Sense of urgency.
- Applicants residing in areas further that 40 KM from Stellenbosch will be turned down.
- The salary will be hourly based on your grade.
- Experience in Listener Monitoring Software, Bosch BVMS CCTV Monitoring Software and On Guard Systems will count in your favour.
Job responsibilities:
- Monitoring of Alarms.
- Monitoring of CCTV System.
- Monitoring of Patrol System.
- Booking of guards (Only when they come on duty).
- Documenting events in Control Room..
