Corporate Development Specialist

The focus of this role will be analysis and strategic project evaluation for a major mining company. A specialist role for a well qualified and experienced candidate with a strong corporate finance background - valuations, building of financila models, commercial analysis, capital structure incl debt funding etc.

Previous exposure to mining projects/deals will be a distinct advantage; if not mining you would need experience with major capital projects such as would be found in energy or major engineering and contsruction spaces.

You Would Need

A strong finance background - CA(SA), other specialist degrees (geology, engineering, projects) with the added finance skills

Excellent financial modelling, analysis and valuations experience

A strong commercial mindset

5-8 years experience (post articles)
