Corporate Governance Manager

Corporate Governance department of a medium size business advisory company requires a Corporate Governance Manager preferably, an attorney who specialised in Company law or a Company Secretary/ secretarial consultant with a CGISA qualification.

Critical to give value at Board and Shareholder meetings

Draft contracts, MOI's, and effect complex transactions

Manage, support and guide a team of Company Secretarial Consultants

The candidate must have a thorough knowledge of the Companies Act and CIPC protocol. Familiarity/experience with Greatsoft Cosec software preferred.
