We are looking for Cost accountants to work at Tlatsa Bokamoso.
Requirements:
- Experience in purchasing, computerized costing and freight.
- Significant accounting knowledge a must.
- Must have a Degree.
- Must have ability to work accurately and at a fast pace.
- Excellent administration and computer skills a must.
- Handling of the freight.
- Liaising with the buyers - National and International.
- Creating product Costings
- Bill of Material Maintenance
- Ordering and purchasing of stock.
- Regularly updating the foreign cash flow.
- Allocation of costs and reconciling the concerned accounts.
- Gross Profit Analysis.
- Assist divisions with material data setup and billing document errors.
- Allocate and clear the price variance accounts.
- Monitor the stock daily moving average price.
- Assist with purchase order price and quantity differences with suppliers.
- Reconcile the consignment stock account.
- Reconcile and clear the bond store account.
- Perform stock forecast testing
- Process the necessary stock price adjustments.
- Monitor and report on stock price and quantity deviations.
- Monitor work in progress and assist with production order costing errors.
- Analyse and report production under and over recoveries.
- Prepare monthly production cost analysis.
- Update and amend production recovery rates for the respective Business Units.

Qualifications
- a) Matric Essential.
- b) Minimum – Degree (Cost Accounting)
Experience
- a) Cost Accounting experience
- b) Practical experience on doing reconciliations
- c) Computer literacy essential
- d) Working knowledge on Syspro an advantage
- e) 2 years experience working on a large book preferably
- f) A very good knowledge of excel and SYSPRO will be an added advantage
- g) Experience in complex product costing
- h) Great understanding of IAS2
