The Cost of Sales Analyst role is based within Vodacom Business Africa.
This role is an administrative and clerical support role for a subset of a companys financial needs and transactions.
The role is to build relationships with the international supplier billing teams, validate purchase requests, process incoming supplier invoices, manage billing disputes and reconcile statements to ensure accurate payment of services received are scheduled.
Secondary functions include participation in Adhoc projects to improve team objectives, managing the Change Management function for network and system changes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Manage purchase requests
oValidate supporting documentation of purchase order requests
oRaise and manage purchase requests
oDistribute purchase orders
- Manage supplier invoicing / accounts payable
oReconcile supplier statements of account
oManage billing disputes
oManage payment remittance advise
oReporting
- Change Management
oUpdate and submit for approvals
oFacilitate CAB meeting
oReporting
- Adhoc projects
Technical / Professional Qualifications:
- Matrix Certificate (Essential)
- Business Management Diploma
- Good Financial knowledge including accounts payable and associated cost management
- Understanding of Telecommunications industry and associated technologies
- Must be fully competent on all Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint)
- Sage x3 experience would be an advantage
- Ability to communicate comfortably at all levels
The base location for this role is, Vodacom Campus, Midrand.
