Job responsibilities:
- Compute monthly machine costs
- Compute monthly machine profitability
- RATIOS e,g ROCE
- Analyse machine expenditure and report repetitive costs per machine
- Check and report machine costs where there is no job card.
- Computation of Tyre life span per machine
- Computation G.E.T. life span per machine per set
- Control of Exchange Account
- Stores Monthly Stock take –Spares and Oil and G.E.T
- Reconcile stores and report on differences.
- Filing.
- UIF staff update
- Labour Skills Matrix update
- Other Sites Operators contracts (prepare and file) ensure all info is received and correct.
- Other sites warnings management
- Compensation claims update and follow up
- Other sites timesheets check, capture and file.
- Call new operator and arrange testing with HR.
Job equirements:
- Matric with accounting or maths.
- Cost accounting certificate an advantage
- 19 to 25years
- Driver’s licence
