DDS is an independent specialist dispense and refrigeration service provider. We are currently looking for Country serviceman for our branch in Neslpruit.
Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
- Attending to all callouts in the designated area within SLA
- Doing fault finding and solving callouts
- Closing of callouts once attended to – via CallRunna or manual Jobcards
- Corresponding with Ops Administrator continuously to ensure that the information of
- callouts is accurate on the DDS Enterprise
- Predetermined & ad-hoc sanitation schedule and regular field technician duties
- Normal field technician responsibilities would apply (i.e. vehicle maintenance;
- management of car stock etc.)
Experience / Skills required:
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Field Technician
- Refrigeration qualification (advantage)
- Advanced knowledge of all draught & fountain equipment
- Excellent fault finding skills
- Proven problem solving skills
- Good employment history with DDS (including performance appraisals etc.)
- Low callout rework rate in current role
- Technical coaching & mentoring of field technicians
