Reporting to the Group Credit Manager you will responsible for providing high-level support to the Regional Credit Controller - Western Cape. You will be required to focus on the management of invoices and outstanding payments, ensuring that financial data is captured in a timely and accurate manner and that outstanding debts are recovered promptly, effectively, and professionally. In addition, you will assist with credit notes, documentation, filing, and keeping records of customers' accounts. Position is based in Airport Industria.
Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Certificate/post-matric financial program
- Min 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Credit Control
- Understanding of Credit Guarantee Insurance (CGIC)
- Computer literacy, Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Sage Pastel experience
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans, additional language will be an advantage.
- Operational understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Well-organised with strength in prioritising
