Minimum Requirements:
- Matric with maths and accounting
- 3 years cashbook/creditors experience
- Previous experience in bookkeeping
- Ability to work over-time when required
- Computer literacy is essential
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Good administrative skills
- Organised
- Systems orientated
- Accuracy is essential
- Process deposit and payments cashbook accurately on a daily basis on Xero System
- Bank reconciliation
- Payment of Sundry creditors
- Loading payments on EFT (Xero System)
- Printing bank statements daily
- Handle creditors queries
