We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Rugby and Cricket Coach to join our primary school team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching students aged 613 in both sports, fostering a love for the game, and developing fundamental skills in a safe, supportive, and age-appropriate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging rugby and cricket coaching sessions.
- Teach basic techniques, rules, and strategies.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical fitness.
- Manage teams during matches and inter-school fixtures.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players.
- Collaborate with staff to support the schools sports program.
- Coaching qualification in rugby and/or cricket (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working with children in a school or club setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for youth development and sport.
