CRM Executive / Retention Marketer Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and optimisation of all CRM automation campaigns in conjunction with the regional and international sporting calendar and product launches.
  • Map out core customer journeys such as on-boarding, registered non-deposit and second time deposits and understand gaps where CRM promotions, communication and channels can improve relevant set business KPI's.
  • Continually develop and optimise our campaigns and journeys.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to create and execute engaging multi-channel campaigns that drive daily actives, retention and MoM commercial uplift.
  • Lead weekly campaign reporting and commercial analysis, confidently dissecting the data, providing recommendations and key takeaways.
  • Create an engaging cross sell experience that is mirrored and tracked across all touchpoints and channels.
  • Manage workload and relationships with core stakeholders (i.e. Marketing, Design).
  • Establish and develop best working practices and processes with account managers, customer support and risk teams.
  • To grow a dynamic and personalised Sports and Casino that is not only competitive, but seen as a market leader for being trustworthy, fair and always relevant.
  • Grow our operational team to help fulfill campaign/project requirements.
  • Maintain a strong team ethic and help and support your colleagues when required.
  • To work on any other reasonable task required by your manager
