Urgently looking for a CSS administrator to assist with administration of all existing and new CSS Schemes.
Job requirements:
- Matric
- Previous customer care and administrative experience
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of ADT systems, i.e. Listener (advantageous)
- In-depth knowledge in working with MS Excel and formulas
- Knowledge of MS Access advantageous
- Strong administration skills
- Computer literate (MS office, email, Internet- essential), Excel Skills a MUST
- Professional telephone manners
- Excellent communication skills and report writing Skills
Job responsibilities:
- Handle telephonic enquiries from clients (existing and new)
- Liaise with external and internal departments with account queries, billings, splits and adjustments
- Assist management with collating information for various reports
- Compile crime statistic reports for schemes weekly and monthly
- Update daily crime incidents and pro-active items from control and operation reports and mail to scheme committees daily
- Do existing client searches through Listener by customising Access database
- Liaise with all CSS and Sales with respect to leads generated, forwarding and recording thereof
- Prepare and arrange mail merge information and documentation as and when required
- Complete statistics and billings using MS Excel spreadsheets and Pivot tables
- Ensure accuracy of information at all time
- Ensure that leads are dealt with immediately
- Ensure that reports are completed as per deadline requirements
