- Evaluate existing contact and distance learning materials for relevance, accuracy, and engagement.
- Identify gaps or outdated content and propose improvements aligned with teaching and learning strategy.
- Create new modules, short learning programs, and project-based learning materials.
- Ensure content is pedagogically sound, inclusive, and adaptable for different learning modes.
- Develop formative and summative assessments that measure learning outcomes effectively.
- Review assessment feedback and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., accreditation standards).
- Collect and analyze feedback from students, faculty, and industry partners.
- Use insights to enhance curriculum quality and learner experience.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- The minimum qualification requirement is a Master's degree in Hospitality and Tourism with a dissertation topic focused on Hospitality.
- Two years experience in curriculum development and assessment design
- Experience developing programmes for the contact and distance delivery modes
- Experience in evaluating curriculum content for active learning and project-based assessments
- Familiar with educational technology and e-learning methodologies
- Experience within the hospitality industry
