Customer Experience Assistant Entry-Level - Remote

Job Description

As a Customer Experience Assistant, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients, assisting with order fulfillment, and resolving customer concerns and issues as a Customer Experience Assistant.

Salary: $47 an hour

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, or live chat.

Assist with order fulfillment, including processing orders and tracking shipments.

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.

Identify and report on trends in customer feedback to improve customer experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Familiarity with basic computer skills and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, entry-level position that requires a lengthy commitment. The remuneration will be consistent with the level of experience.
