Customer Care Call Center Agent

My Client in Sandton is urgently looking for a Customer Care Call Center agent. This person must be well spoken, with excellent verbal skills and a telephone manner. Must be able to handle high volume calls and hands-on with solving queries. An IT background will be an advantage.
