CUSTOMER FEEDBACK LOGGING %

Contact customers after the technician has attended and close the call to ascertain whether the customer is satisfied

CUSTOMER REQUEST

Complete PWD, WSP feedback report daily

Ensure ACE responsibilities are adhered to and required tasks completed
