Your Role:
As a Customer Excellence Representative, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You will manage customer orders, resolve issues, and provide expert support across various platforms, including phone, email, and online systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
- Process customer orders and quotes via email, phone, or online platforms.
- Handle complaints and returns efficiently and fairly.
- Manage order-related tasks in SAP and SFDC, including back orders and customer screening.
- Educate customers on using our website for ordering, tracking, and pricing.
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints and returns within 48 hours.
- Coordinate tenders, considering special pricing and trade terms.
- Generate regular business reports (SalesForce.com, sales leads, etc.).
- Maintain availability in a call centre environment for at least 6 hours daily.
- Ensure timely responses to customer cases in SFDC.
- Essential: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and SFDC.
- Essential: Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with high integrity and reliability.
