This is where you'll excel
- Derive, define, and implement the personal action plan to contribute to sustainably & profitably grow the PP, SMB, but also the CS business of the defined territory and assigned Business Units
- Understand customer needs - Analysis of the demand for Bhler offerings/ solutions (Market development, trends, competition, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners within the Region & Sub-Region (Customer Service, quote, technology, fulfilment, etc.) as well as towards key people of assigned BUs.
- Use and follow the Bhler SQ-process (sales cycle)
- Use the Bhler CRM as well as the Bhler complaint system as key tools for the daily sales work.
- Strong background in milling, nutrition (other BUs a plus) and relevant working experience
- Bachelor Degre/ Diploma: Mechanical Engineering
- Strong commercial understanding
- Leadership experience and potential
- Tools: CRM, Complaint mgmt, Microsoft Office
- Business English on strong level; every further local language an advantage
