Job responsibilities:
- To represent the company brand by managing and growing the client base, through excellent quality service, ensuring the satisfaction of clients at all times.
- Visit all corporate client bi-monthly.
- Respond to clients queries and complaints timeously and professionally.
- Determine client needs and requirements.
Job requirements:
- Qualification in tourism sector.
- Sales or Marketing qualification.
- Previous experience in Tourism a prerequisite but not essential.
- Valid driver's licence.
