Responsibilities:

  • Receive in-bound communications from customers
  • Quickly determine customer needs and provide answers to their questions or solutions to their problems as required
  • Deliver a highly personalised and exceptional customer service experience
  • Assign more complex customer queries to the appropriate internal team
  • Monitor progress and resolution of customer queries
  • Communicate empathically and tactfully to manage customer expectations
