2 positions available: EST hours. 1 night shift position and 1 day shift.
Responsibilities
- Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and inventory updates.
- Customer Support Assistance: Work closely with the customer service team to resolve order-related issues.
- Communication & Coordination: Liaise with customers, shipping carriers and internal teams (warehouse, IT) to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist leadership with reports, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
- Experience: 2+ years in a Customer Service role, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Familiar with E-commerce systems.
- CRM a big plus.
