Requirements
- Minimum 12 months BPO experience (customer service, sales, or related field).
Strong typing accuracy and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written).
Nice to have: Experience in insurance or banking/financial services (not mandatory).
Must be currently unemployed and available to start immediately.
