Required Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12
- 3 4 years customer experience environment

- Computer literacy (SAP, Buhler , MTech and MS Office skills prerequisite)

Customer Service
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and comply with all relevant procedures so that customer requirements are understood
- Actively management the delivery process with customer to ensure product is delivered in full by ensuring clear communication with customer, dispatch/weighbridge clerks and Production
- Manage the uplift process to ensure that the relevant processes are followed to ensure that stock is retrieved, and that documentation is completed accurately
- Address customer complaints within ambit of responsibility and escalate accordingly to your supervisor/Manager or during the debrief process
- Maintain a positive working relationship with the customer at all times by adhering to company values and excellent customer service practices
- Ensure that any concerns or issues related to deliveries on route are professionally and timeously communicated to the Transporter and Dispatch Clerks
- Manage processes related to delivery notes
- Ensure all orders from customers are placed and processed timeously
- Escalate slow/Offloading to Supervisor for assistance
