We are currently recruiting for a candidate with excellent customer service experience and knowledge and experience in the imports/exports trade.
Key duties includes:
- Administration
- Ensuring all documents are loaded and received
- Dealing with client queries
- Invoicing of clients
- Quoting clients on request
- Tracking of goods
- Dealing with customs
- Dealing with various shipping agents
