Customer Service Representative I

1, Supports order follow up activities in support of sales channel / field personnel via estimated 70/30 split of phone and off-phone support

2, Interprets product availability, pricing and order status to manage customer expectations in particular around delays, backorders and product substitution

3, Monitor and manage On Time and in Full on SAP

4, Replenishment and reconciliation of monthly stock movement

5, Investigate and assist in credit requests, validate special term purchases, coordinate returns for non-technical reasons

• Ensure smooth running of branch with regard to Admin. Serve as a back up to the switch board as and when required

1, Serve as Safety Officer for the branch

2, Ad hoc duties as assigned by management
